Do we have a contact phone number?
  • We don’t have phones in any of our stores as we don't take bookings. Contact can be made via email at hi@thechocpot.com.au.

  • Reservation information can also be found below
  • For Uber Eats delivery issues, please contact Uber via their app. We don’t have the ability to contact the drivers once they leave with your food to make any adjustments or re-deliver items.
 
Do we take reservations?
We don’t typically take reservations, However, we will consider requests if they fall outside of our busy service periods (2-4pm on weekends & 6-10pm every day) and we would require a deposit upfront. If you are interested in making a reservation, please contact us via email at hi@thechocpot.com.au

All of our desserts and drinks are Halal apart from the following items
  • S’mores Waffnut (the marshmallow)
  • S’mores Hot Chocolate (the marshmallows)
  • Fondue for 2 (the marshmallows)
  • Anything with marshmallows
